Veggiesh Support

Veggiesh helps you eat 30 different plants a week — the variety your gut microbiome loves. Log what you eat, watch your weekly count climb, and keep the streak going.

Two ways. Search for a plant by name and tap to add it, or — on iPhone — snap a photo of your meal and Veggiesh recognizes the plants for you. You can review the list and add anything it missed before logging.

Any distinct plant-based whole food, sorted into six groups: vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts & seeds, and herbs & spices. Each distinct plant counts once per week — so a spinach salad every day is still one plant, but adding chickpeas, walnuts, and basil is four.

Photo recognition works best with a clear, well-lit shot of the whole plate. It isn't perfect — if it misses something or guesses wrong, just add or remove items by hand before logging. (Photo logging is available in the iPhone app.)

There are no passwords. Enter your email, and we'll send a 6-digit code to log you in.

Hit 30 distinct plants in a week to earn Goal Achieved. Cover all six food groups for Variety Master, stay at 30+ for two weeks running to keep Gone Streaking lit, and win a friend challenge for Challenge Winner.

Open the Friends tab to search for people by name or email, or invite someone who isn't on Veggiesh yet. Once you're connected, create a friendly challenge to see who can log the most plants or the most variety.

Manage push notifications in your device Settings under Notifications → Veggiesh. Notifications are only sent for friend requests and challenge activity — never spam.
